Returns application form

You can easily return your Officeworks item to your local store or simply follow the steps below to
begin your online returns application.
Step 1. Fill in form

Complete the Returns application form below and our team will be in touch within 2 business days.

Step 2. Download and print label

If your application is approved, you will receive an email with a Returns Label ready for print.

Step 3. Prepare for pickup

Ensure that your goods are securely packaged and attach the returns label on the outside of your parcel.

Step 4. Warehouse delivery

Once is your item is received at our warehouse and inspected for approval. You will receive a refund.

Any in-store purchases paid for with Cash, Afterpay or Zip cannot be returned through this process and must be returned in store.
