I want to get a refund
If you would like to return an online purchase, please fill out a return application form. Once you have submitted your request online, you will be contacted within 2 business days by a customer service team member to advise you on the next steps.
Note: Any in-store purchases paid for with Cash, Afterpay or Zip cannot be returned through this process and must be returned in store.

The product I want is out of stock, when will it be back online or in store?
We are working closely with our local and overseas suppliers to source additional product to meet our customers’ needs. Where we need, we are also looking to source alternatives and increase stock levels as much as possible.
We are currently receiving high demand for online purchases and we are doing everything we can to ensure your order reaches you on time or as close to that time as possible.

Can I currently drop my old computer to my local store for e-recycling?
Yes, you can recycle your old technology and accessories including computers and printers through our e-recycling program in stores. We also accept printer cartridges, batteries and pens in designated collection points. Find out what your local store accepts through our store locator.
30 day account
Officeworks 30 Day Business Account
A 30 Day Business Account allows you to purchase your goods at Officeworks using a line of credit to buy now and pay 30 days from invoice. This will allow you to keep your business spending separate to your personal shopping.

Payment terms of 30 days from invoice date
Repayment of account via EFT, BPay, credit card or Direct Debit
